"Look for the helpers," is what Mr. Rogers told children to do during hard times. Today a helper named Brad encouraged me to revisit an old friend, Anthony de Mello.

I opened the book to the first paragraph:

"Most people, even though they don't know it are asleep...You know, all mystics...are unanimous on one thing: that all is well, all is well. Though everything is a mess, all is well."
